Hatha Yoga<\/p>

Komme in Harmonie mit dir selbst und sp\u00fcre die Einheit zwischen K\u00f6rper Geist und Seele.
Durch gehaltene\u00a0Stellungen (Asanas) und gef\u00fchrte Atem\u00fcbungen (Pranayama) h\u00e4lst du\u00a0deinen K\u00f6rper stark, flexibel und geschmeidig. Dazu gibst du deinem Geist \/ deinen Gedanken die M\u00f6glichkeit wieder mehr zur Ruhe zu kommen und deine innere Mitte zu finden.
Die Stunden werden an die individuellen M\u00f6glichkeiten der TN angeglichen und mit der Zeit sp\u00fcrst du, dass es viel leichter geht und du sogar mehr Variationen ausprobieren kannst. Die Stunden sind abwechslungsreich gestaltet, denn die Freude an der Bewegung und die lockere Atmosph\u00e4re stehen immer im Vordergrund.\u00a0<\/p>

Meditation und\u00a0Mantra Singen runden die Kurse ab.<\/p>

Nichts muss, jedoch\u00a0alles kann sein und geschehen.<\/p>
